Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Do you have a sweet tooth that needs taming then this is the perfect suggestion to combat those midnight cravings or afternoon munchies


  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup vanilla or plain yoghurt (1 cup for a thicker drink)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice


Put all ingredients into a blender and mix
