Finally I can satisfy that craving for sugar and chips that has been nagging at me since my last weigh in day…. But wait – do I really want to undo all of the hard work I put in throughput the week or make more scarifies this week just to fulfil my cravings? Yeah I didn’t think so. So instead of thinking about rewarding your body with food how about viewing it as a lifestyle change where you get to enjoy meals your taste buds love. So here’s a list of 7 Guilt Free lifestyle treats that will satisfy your cravings but won’t impact your results.

1 .Chocolate Berry Brownie! This brownie is amazing – it’s much, much healthier than your standard chocolate brownie, and is also gluten- free and has the option to be dairy-free too.
