Opening Hours.

Our gym, your new community. We are unlike any other, all because of our incredible community.

(Please note our gym is open 24/7 for active members we are not staffed 24/7 but we are staffed over 40 hours a week, check it out below)

🗓️ Monday to Thursday Morning: 8:30am to 12:30pm

🗓️ Monday to Thursday Afternoon: 3pm - 7pm

🗓️ Friday: 9am to 1pm

🗓️ Saturday: 9am to 12noon

🗓️ Sunday: Pre-Booked Appointments

Can't make the above times just ask for a private one.

Main Entrance of the gym is down the side of building.

Once you become a gym member you will have 24/7 access.

Our cameras will monitor our gym when we are not staffed - Do not follow members into the gym.

Contract Alterations.

Suspensions - Less than 4 weeks it is complimentary please email us 48 hours prior to your holiday so we can suspend it & you enjoy your holiday.

Need Financial Help - We can offer alternative contracts so you can keep your membership. We understand how important training is to our mental health.

Cancellations - Refer to your contract, we sent to you on the day you signed up. You can not cancel via text only email during business hours. We list the email on the contract for members to avoid heavy spam & scams.

We appreciate your understanding.

Quickpay collects gym fee's on our behalf. Ora does not charge dishonour fees but Quickpay may if there is insufficient funds for these queries call them directly on 1300 659 537 or (03) 8797 2890
