Cinnamon & Yogurt Protein Pears


  • 3 large Pears
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 4 spoons of Yogurt per cup


  1. Freeze your yogurt in small cups
  2. Slice pears and place then into a sealable plastic bag. Pour cinnamon and protein powder into the bag. Shake vigorously, plate and serve with frozen yogurt
