Banana Protein Pancakes


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup walnuts &/or cashew nuts
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into a lightly oiled pan, and cook until golden on both sides.
