Chocolate Protein Cupcakes

As a suggestion if you need to get some extra goodness into your kiddies tummies then these chocolate protein cupcakes are the perfect afternoon treats or lunch box snacks


  • 1 banana & 1/2 blueberries
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract or other sweetener
  • 1 cup (100g) oat flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. salt


Mix wet ingredients (egg, water, honey, vanilla, mashed banana) together. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, protein powder) together. Mix wet & dry ingredients everything together. Cook for 20-25 minutes at 230C.
