- 1tbsn cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. milk
- Favourite veggies, chopped up small for example, mushrooms, spinach, corn, capsicum etc.
- You can add cooked chicken or meat for extra protein
Heat oil/butter in a fry pan. Blend eggs and milk together and coat bottom of fry pan with mixture. Add chopped veggies to one side of pan. Carefully fold omelette over veggies and cook until veggies are heated through.
