Blueberry Protein Pancakes


  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup plain flour 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries


Mix together honey and egg. Once combined, slowly add the remaining ingredients, except for berries, and mix the batter until its smooth. Gently stir in the berries. Spoon the mixture onto a lightly oiled pan, and cook, flip, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
