- 3/4 cup of almond ﬂour
- 3/4 cup of vanilla protein powder
- 1. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 3 bananas mashed
- 1 cup blueberries
Mix all of the dry ingredients until combined. Add in the rest of the ingredients, except blueberries and mix well. Fold in blueberries. Line a cupcake tin with cupcakes cases and evenly distribute the mixture between them. Bake at 180C for 20mins.
