- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup walnuts &/or cashew nuts
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into a lightly oiled pan, and cook until golden on both sides.
