Berry Blast Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 frozen or fresh berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry or mixed berry)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice or your choice.
  • 1tbsp, wheat germ
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)

Directions

  1. Put ingredients in a blender and mix.
  2. For a thicker shake, or if you use fresh berries, add a few ice cubes.
Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.
