Why do you not include your email on your website?

The reason we don’t make our email publicly available on our website is to protect the integrity of our communication channels. In the past, we have experienced significant issues with spam and attempted hacking, which at times caused our inbox to become overloaded and even temporarily shut down incoming emails.

Upon signing up, our members are encouraged to take a photo of their contract, which clearly displays our email address. By keeping this secure, we can better safeguard your information and ensure our communication with you remains reliable.
