Q: What age do you need to be to train at Ora 24/7?

A: Ora 24/7 offer memberships for people aged under 18. A parent or guardian will be required to assist you to complete membership forms. Every under 18 will meet with the owner Malcolm Kani

We strongly believe no matter your age everybody has the right to fitness and health at Ora 24/7

Q: Who do I contact regarding direct debit or payments?

A: If you have any questions regarding payments or if you would like to change your payment details, please contact Ora 24/7 gym in Belmont directly on sam@orasportsfitness.com.au However, Quickpay manages all finances

Q: How do I receive free weeks at my gym?

A: Simple, by signing up your friends and family for every one person you bring to our 24/7 fitness center in Belmont your receive one free week

Q: Can I bring Kids into the Gym

A: Unfortunately, No there is no kids in the gym or on the gym floor at ANY time. Kids classes are designated times and that is it. We do not have creche facilities at this time and can not provide adequate supervision.

Q: How do I update personal and/or account details?

A: You can update your personal details by contacting the club you are a member of either in person or by email on sam@orasportsfitness.com.au

Q: Can I suspend my membership?

A: Ora 24/7 gives members the flexibility to suspend their membership due to travel and/or illness for a small service fee.

Suspension options vary from club to club but typically clubs offer a minimum suspension time of two weeks and maximum of six weeks, which resets every 12 months. Suspensions do not rollover or accumulate. Simply email your club manager with the dates that you would like your membership suspended. Alternatively you can complete a form at reception.

Suspending your membership due to pregnancy is free of charge for up to 12 months. Suspension for medical reasons is also free of charge upon presentation of a medical certificate to the club manager.

Q: When can I cancel my membership?

A: We understand that circumstances change or that you may move from the area and need to cancel your membership. If you wish to cancel your membership at any stage, please send an email and fill out the cancellation form. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response
